Amaris Hotel Setiabudhi - Bandung

Location, price and room cleanliness

Less soundproof of the room, less variety of the breakfast menu

breakfast ok room ok ac ok

Breakfast and friendly stuff and clean

There was no small cupboard fir clothes

Ac was good bed sheets was clean

Food on breaky not hot enough

The beds are very comfy! For two people, the space of the room and value were not too bad. The free breakfast was very convenient as well, and spared us the hassle of going out for every meal. It also had more variety than we thought (for the most part). Also, the staff was very friendly and bore with our little knowledge of Bahasa ?

For the free breakfast, lauknya selalu ayam ? While I enjoyed the local food, my friends often got tired of eating chicken for every meal. I wished there at least was sapi (beef) in the options. Aside from that, though, everything was okay!

Breakfast and location

Cleanlines toilet

Amazing value. Below average amenities, acerage facilities, but amazing food for its class.

lack of amenities

It was my second time stayed in here. I forgot to tell hotel if i want to late check in , and the hotel sent a message to me to confirm if i'll come or not and my position was in Lembang. The front office staff was nice and helpful. The hotel has valet parking service if you comeback to hotel at late night and the parking's full. For breakfast was enough, a lot of variant menu.

I booked 2 rooms, and one of my room smells so stinky once you come in to the room.

Simple Minimalist Bright Room, Generous Breakfast

Tiny Reception Lobby

Clean room, great costumer service and great staffsOverall, it was an excellent and enjoyable experience stayed there..

Probably the breakfast.I find it to plain and basic, if you could upgrade it, that would be a great addition.

The breakfast is not great, limited varieties, poor quality, celery and onion leave used for porridge were not fresh anymore

location near to ciwalk,

The location near all places. The staff very friendly.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom very noise.

breakfast Standart but some material not fresh

may be for short trip okay just for sleep

Location, good budget price, comfy bed n AC. Good.

The toilet lights are not bright.

Breakfast

I am request towel, since 2.pm, and already mention 4.times, never come up, arriived 5.pm after i am very angry to the FO staff

The room is soundproof I guess, n I like it, view and the reception very polite.

There is a footstep on the bed cover, and there's like a droplet of blood on the pillow, there a drops like a coffee on the shoes paperbag. Bednya twin dijadikan 1 jadi tngah nya teraasa sakit

Location is very convenient

The floors of the rooms we stayed in were dirty and the towels as well so we had to ask for new ones.

the location is next to a supermarket

design of the king bed is actually two beds combined, and it feels hurt and hard on my back in the middle

The security is very helpful, since the parking lost is very limited, they help us without any cost....

The breakfast is so cold...even we came to the resto at 06.30am...bubur ayam is dingin, no egg station, condiment for bread is very limited option. When we check out, no one at reception remind me about my KTP (its keep by them to change with the access cards)....so after driving almost entering the toll gate at Pasteur, they call me to come back and took my ID/KTP.

The service is great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel meet the budget hotel standard

The breakfast menu is quite standard, but sometimes it took times to fill the run out food so the guest had to waitThe water dispenser should be add, better if theres 2 in every floor instead of 1 currently
